525 Laser Designs will accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase only!!
525 Laser Designs can adjust an order if you contact us same day of order placed (ie: fix a spelling, a date, a color of an already purchased item)
Upon contacting us about fixing or adjusting an order, we cannot add additional cost items or variations to the existing order, this includes new shipping profiles or promo codes.
Additional items or features added to an order must be purchased separately if you wish to add additional items, stains, etc. please contact us if you have any problems with your order at 525laserdesigns@gmail.com
We strive to make every customer shopping experience a wonderful one, however if you are not satisfied with any products purchased, we encourage you to reach out to us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. While most of our products are Non-Refundable due to personalization, we will aim to make things right. We reserve the right to issue you a refund based on the particular circumstances. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital downloads.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at 525laserdesigns@gmail.com.
